Foreman Position - Commercial

We are a growing electrical subcontractor in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team.

About the role

In this role, you will manage all on-site project aspects and work hand-in-hand with our project management team, from initial planning to final completion. We seek someone with a strong understanding of Code, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships within the company as well as with helpers and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical installations
• Manage project budgets and schedules with the project manager
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and industry regulations
• Work with seasoned and new helpers to ensure projects are completed in a timely, professional, and safe manner

Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman in the State of Florida (required)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project supervision (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• OSHA-10 certification
• Clean driving record
