Foreman & Crew Members - Commercial Landscape Construction

What You'll Do

• Install commercial landscape projects including: Irrigation systems, tree, shrubs, flowers, and sod, drainage systems, and hardscape and landscape improvements.
• Operate and work around construction equipment and tools.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity on job sites.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Crew Members Responsibilities

• Perform landscape construction tasks as directed by crew leadership.
• Aid with installations and site preparation.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Support team productivity and project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape construction, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Valid driver's license (required for some positions).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates.

Compensation

Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour.
