Foreman (Commercial Waterproofing)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Foreman to lead commercial painting and waterproofing crews. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual preferred, leadership in the field, experience with high-rise/multi-family commercial projects, and the ability to drive production while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew members on commercial painting and waterproofing projects
• Ensure work is completed to company and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing all PPE and OSHA requirements
• Communicate clearly with project managers, superintendents, and clients
• Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and safety documents
• Manage and track daily progress, hours, and material usage
• Ensure all materials and tools are on-site and ready prior to daily start
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, assisting crews with painting and waterproofing application
• Conduct quality control checks and correct deficiencies in the field
• Participate in and lead jobsite safety meetings
• Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and represent the paint/waterproofing scope
• Use iPad and digital tools to complete reports, timesheets, and job updates

Pay

Hourly rate $26-$29 per hour
