Foreman – Capataz

Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

Direct, supervise and troubleshoot issues that occur on jobsite
Ensure safety rules are followed on the site at all times
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors
Delegate responsibilities to crew members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience required
• Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite (we have job sites throughout Hillsborough County, as well as the surrounding counties including, but not limited to Pasco, Polk, Manatee)
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be able to work weekends (as needed)
• Must be a team player and be able to work well with others.
