Job Summary

United Building Group, LLC is hiring an experienced Foreman to lead crews performing masonry restoration and concrete repair on commercial, institutional, and specialty restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews performing masonry restoration, brick replacement, repointing, concrete repair, patching, and related restoration work
• Read plans, specifications, and work scopes; coordinate daily production goals with project management
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Monitor workmanship, safety practices, and jobsite cleanliness
• Train crew members and enforce quality standards
• Document daily progress, production, and field issues
• Cook up with subcontractors, vendors, and site representatives as needed
• Perform hands-on restoration work when required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in masonry restoration and concrete repair
• Prior foreman or crew-lead experience on restoration projects
• Strong knowledge of brick and masonry repair, mortar matching, tuckpointing/repointing, and concrete patch/repair methods
• Ability to read drawings and manage work to schedule
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• OSHA training is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders/scaffolding, lift materials, and perform physical job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
