About the role

Hays Electrical Services delivers high-quality electrical construction services for complex commercial and mission-critical facilities. The Foreman is responsible for field leadership and on-site management of large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical projects, overseeing daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities
• Coordinate manpower planning and daily work assignments
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignment
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other trades
• Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performance
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards
• Identify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely manner

Requirements

• Extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage large field crews
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
