Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Support Superintendents in daily on-site restoration activities.
• Aid in scheduling, coordination, and communication among crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Supervise small crews or project phases under Superintendent guidance.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain daily logs, progress notes, and contribute to site reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED required; technical construction training preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in construction or field operations. Leadership/crew lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of restoration methods and construction processes. Ability to read drawings a plus.
