About the role

The role of Insulator Foreman at Turner Industries is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and direction
• Coordinate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and regulations
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commercial electrical license preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management software

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
