Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager - 172017

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to join a large DOD program. This position is hybrid at APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground) with 2 remote days per week.

Responsibilities

• Track the FMS (foreign military sales) Case transaction process from cradle to grave from initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment.
• SAM-D does foreign military sales transactions for SE-FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence)
• Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Associates degree and 7 years of experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in foreign military sales (FMS) is strongly preferred.
• Experience as Logistician, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, Case Manager, Contracts Analyst, etc

Pay

$90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
