Foreclosure Support Specialist

About The Role

The foreclosure support specialist is responsible for the intake and review of Trustee Sale Guarantees, Title Reports, Lien Reports, and other title-related products for Non-Judicial states. This role ensures the use of best practices to support non-judicial foreclosure processes and achieve clear title. You will coordinate with servicers, colleagues, and vendors regarding title products and issues, and promptly notify the Title Curative team of any findings that require curative action. Your work directly supports timely and accurate advancement through foreclosure milestones.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of title experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Proficiency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access.
