Ford Technician Shop Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Ford technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and productivity
• Assist with complex diagnostics and advanced repairs on Ford commercial trucks
• Ensure repairs are performed in compliance with Ford standards, warranty requirements, and safety guidelines
• Utilize FMC systems and Ford diagnostic tools to support technicians and troubleshoot issues
• Coincide workflow and prioritize jobs to meet customer and fleet deadlines
• Partner with service advisors and parts staff to ensure accurate repair plans and parts availability
• Maintain repair quality, comebacks, and technician performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Ford technician experience
• Active FMC login required
• Current Ford certifications required
• Completion of Ford manufacturer training programs
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical expertise
• Previous leadership or lead technician experience preferred
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively across departments
