- Keep detailed records and ensure every job meets Ford’s high standards.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience is a big plus).
- Ability to work quickly without cutting corners.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- ASE certifications (preferred, but not required—we'll help you grow).
