Vehicle Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards
• Maintain knowledge of all factory-technical bulletins
• Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations
• Conduct KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle and notify Service Advisors of additional issues
• Use Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication
• Ensure accountability for all dealership-owned tools and maintain a clean workspace and vehicles

Requirements

• 2-3 years of automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications
• Accommodating and analytical, with highly precise and accurate work
• Excellent dexterity, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail
• Unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
