Ford PDI / Used car Technician

About the role

The World Class Automotive Group is seeking individuals to fill Ford Technician positions at their dealership in Garland, TX. All levels of technicians are needed, from Apprentice to Master level.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required
• Passing a background check
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
