FORD FLEET TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford fleet vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to maximize vehicle performance and longevity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize work orders and manage workflow effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest Ford vehicle technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive or fleet technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Able to use diagnostic tools and software effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
