Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
- Cook up property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and reliable advice.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of $1-$3M in production last 12 months
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
