For Current DMNC Temps Only: All Shifts

Responsibilities

• Performs work in accordance with the Working Manual, inspection and packing requirements.
• Operates molding machines, air activated tools/equipment, robots and/or assembly jigs to produce or assemble product.
• May be responsible for material handling duties.
• Advises supervision of machine malfunctions and unacceptable variances in product quality.
• Compares, inspects and monitors product quality to approved samples.
• Documents production results on an hourly basis.
• Maintains production rates established for specific part(s) being produced.
• Performs 5S and TPM requirements within assigned work areas.
• Performs other tasks as directed by Team Leader.

Quality / Environmental Roles and Responsibilities

• Follows all procedures and work instructions and makes recommendations to improve the process.
• Notifies Leader immediately upon detecting any non-conformances.
• Records all non-conformances to ensure corrective action and preventative measures are taken and assists in the problem solving process.
• Communicates and practices DMNC’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Takes an active role in achieving and maintaining IATF-16949 and ISO-14001.

Knowledge, Skills, And Education Required

• Basic math, reading and communication skills are required.

Safety

• Manufacturing environment, working with automated machinery.
• Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes are required.
• Position requires standing, walking and may be required to move, lift or carry objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
