The Foodservice District Manager is responsible for leading and supporting multiple quick-service foodservice and restaurant locations across greater California. This role drives operational excellence by ensuring each location delivers a fast, friendly, and clean guest experience while achieving sales, profitability, food quality, and food safety goals. As part of a young and growing restaurant department, this experienced QSR leader must also be a key contributor to build the operating structure needed to scale by developing, implementing, and continuously improving practical SOPs, training tools, checklists, operating routines, and accountability systems.
