About the role

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a Cafeteria/Retail Food Service Worker. The position offers a starting rate of $15.00/hr on weekdays and $16.00/hr on weekends, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced entry-level role within the Retail Food and Beverage Industry at Aultman Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, integrity, honesty, and alignment with organizational culture and values.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods or unusual events to ensure store operations meet standards and set a positive example for the team.
• Anticipate customer needs by continuously evaluating the environment and customer cues.
• Collaborate with an exceptional Culinary Team to provide quality food and beverage products.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations and resource access.
• Adhere to AVI operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, food handling, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
