Food Service Worker Multifil (DOH/NMBHI #12936+)

About the role

This position is responsible in providing Food Server duties in the Dietary Department.

Responsibilities

• Use food thermometers and document results using log book prior to serving meal(s).
• Prepare, assemble and serve food according to diet orders.
• Wash raw fruits and vegetables.
• Keep work area clean/organized--cleaning procedures i.e. utensils, china, glassware, flatware, countertops, carts, floors, sneeze guards, etc.
• Use & clean the dish washing machine(s), steam wells and dishes.
• Store food and label with the name & date of the item being stored
