- MINIMUM EDUCATION: None
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: NA
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year in patient-feeding food service establishment
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District
- PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: NA
