Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
- Preparing, assisting in meal preparation, tray assembly, meal delivery, and cooking meals according to established menus, standardized recipes, and therapeutic diet requirements.
- Maintaining food prepared safely, and in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Supporting the dietary team in providing safe, accurate, and timely meals to patients, residents, staff, and our community.
- Maintaining professionalism and frequently working under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old to apply and possess a current State Food & Beverage Service Worker's Permit. Knowledge of basic food and culinary principles is required.
Salary/Pay
The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles' duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
