- About Trinity Youth Services (description) – maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; we have description of role and responsibilities. Could put "About the role" as a short paragraph summarizing role. But we must not create filler. We have substantive content about role: "We are currently looking for a qualified, full-time Food Service Worker (Assistant Cook) to join our residential team. The Food Service Worker (Assistant Cook) will primarily be responsible for cooking for our residents and staff." That's substantive. So we can put that under About the role
with
. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe combine Skills/Requirements? The posting has "Skills/Requirements" heading. We can treat that as Requirements or Skills. According to allowed headings: Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We need to decide. The content includes education, experience, certificates, etc. Could split: Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Skills (maybe bilingual, communication). But we can also just put all under
Requirements
orSkills
. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section: Requirements (or Skills). But we have also Benefits and Pay sections. We have Benefits: list of insurance etc. Pay: $17.00 per hour + annual performance bonus. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; it's full-time but no schedule details. So we should NOT create a Schedule section because no specific content. We also have "About Trinity Youth Services" description; could be under "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put the company description under "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we can put it under "About the role" as a brief description of the organization? But the instruction says: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. It didn't forbid adding extra sections not in list? It says: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. So we need to map content to those.
Thus:
- About the role: short paragraph describing role and purpose.
- Responsibilities: bullet list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe combine education/experience/certificates etc.
- Skills: maybe language/communication etc. But we could also put all under Requirements and skip Skills to avoid thin sections. However we have distinct "Skills/Requirements" heading in original; we could treat that as Requirements. But we also have "Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus." That's a skill. Could be under Skills.
But we prefer few substantive sections; maybe we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including skills), Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections.
We must not create empty sections.
Thus:

We should not include Schedule. We also need to include location? The location is minor metadata; we could fold into a shortmaybe under About the role? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could add a
after About the role: Location: Yucaipa, CA 92399. Or we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Let's add a short
after the About the role paragraph:
Location: Yucaipa, CA 92399.
But we must not repeat job title as heading; fine. We must not include boilerplate like Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement, About Company Apis Services, etc. Those are boilerplate/legal? The Covid-19 vaccine requirement is likely a requirement; but it's a condition of employment. Should we include? It's substantive. The posting includes: "Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement As of October 15, 2021, Trinity Youth Services has required the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, excluding those with an approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment to help ensure the safety of all employees and youth and families served." That's a requirement. Should we include under Requirements? Yes, it's a requirement. We should preserve all substantive information. So we need to add that. Also "About Trinity Youth Services" description is substantive but not fitting headings; maybe we can put under About the role? But About the role is about the role, not company. However we could add a separate section "About the company"
