About the Role
The Food Service Technician II will be directed by the Food Service Supervisor I and/or the Supervising Cook I in Nutrition Services at the Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero (ASH).
Responsibilities
- Instruct, lead, coordinate, and participate in the preparation and distribution of food and beverages.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to the requirements for infection control and food safety/Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation in assigned area of responsibility.
- Adhere to requirements for safety, security, emergency response, a non-hostile work environment, and rights of patients.
Pay
$3,492.00 - $4,373.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
