Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00.

Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
- Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage environment.
- Oversee serving schedules to ensure food is served per menu specifications.
- Maintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes.
- Conduct accurate weekly inventory; prepare orders as needed.
- Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
- Train and mentor food service workers.
- Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature checks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
- Multitask and perform duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager.
- Fill in for absent employees at the location when necessary.
- Oversee daily catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
- Attend food service meetings and maintain communication with staff.
- Perform cashier duties as needed.
- Promote positive public relations.
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Complete a sanitation course before or during the first year of employment.
- Knowledge of operating a cost-effective program.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
