Time to step up your career! This is your moment to shine and lead the way for others. We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Alongside a manager, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  • Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage environment.
  • Oversee serving schedules to ensure food is served per menu specifications.
  • Maintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes.
  • Conduct accurate weekly inventory; prepare orders as needed.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
  • Train and mentor food service workers.
  • Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature checks.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  • Multitask and perform duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  • Fill in for absent employees at the location when necessary.
  • Oversee daily catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  • Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
  • Attend food service meetings and maintain communication with staff.
  • Perform cashier duties as needed.
  • Promote positive public relations.

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Complete a sanitation course before or during the first year of employment.
  • Knowledge of operating a cost-effective program.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
