This is a full-time role with rotating, every other weekend shifts from 10AM to 6:30PM.

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring food is presented in an appealing and sanitary manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food.
• Absorb and store deliveries, assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including dishwashers, ovens, and food warmers.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
