Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking part-time and full-time opportunities for Servers/Food Service Associates to join their culinary team. These positions provide a high-quality dining experience for residents and involve various tasks including serving meals, cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal preparation, and catering.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals
• Clean, buss, dishwash, and perform meal prep and catering as needed
• Transport meals to other facilities within the organization

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Quantity cooking experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities are essential
• Drivers must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Benefits

• Wages range from $15.50 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and full-time hours
• Pay for high performance after 100 days
