Food Service Associate
About the Role
As a Food Service Professional, you will prepare and distribute food safely and efficiently, maintaining quality, sanitation, and operational standards to support uninterrupted service for patients, staff, and visitors. You will work in a fast-paced, fun environment and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cold food for daily meals.
- Participate in patient meal tray assembly according to posted menus and individual preferences.
- Deliver and pick up patient carts for cleaning.
- Collect used trays and dishes from patient areas, clean them using an automatic dishwasher, and return them to proper storage locations.
- Keep all dishes clean.
- Stock patient pantries on floors.
Requirements
- Food Handler Permit within 30 days (required).
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
