Food Service Manager - Seniors Services

About the role

The OKC Senior Nutrition Program seeks a FoodService Manager to oversee daily dining and culinary operations, manage finances, and maintain high standards of food handling and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Interface with residents, client executive level leadership, and client board members.
• Ensure achievement of company and client financial targets and goals.
• Monitor for regulatory compliance and maintain the highest standards of food handling and preparation.
• Manage the Client relationship.
• Manage the budget/finances for the business.
• Manage a team of hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and collaborative abilities with all levels of the organization.
• 2-5 years of Assistant Manager experience, preferably in seniors or hospital settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and demonstrate a passion for high-quality customer service.
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Working knowledge of Retail systems, automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems, as well as menu graphics programs.

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, such as experience, skills, education, and training.
