Food Service Worker Senior
Job Summary
Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor work to ensure food is prepared accurately and within established timeframes
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and production methods
- Maintain proper food quality, presentation, portion control, and temperature standards
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, trimming, cutting, and portioning meats and vegetables
- Aid in preparation and presentation of desserts and other menu items
- Properly store, label, and rotate food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Aid in organization and maintenance of refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
- Support and guide team members to maintain efficient workflow and service quality

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
