Food Service Manager II - ES/MS - 192 Day

About the Role

This position involves supervisory work in the food service management of a school cafeteria or cafeterias with a total of two full-service lines. The role directs all cafeteria operations, including food preparation and serving, cleaning activities, training, record keeping, and purchasing food and supplies. It requires directing and coordinating the work effort of cafeteria workers through subordinate lead workers, with latitude for independent judgment and action. The position receives direction and guidance from the Supervisor of Food Services and the building principal.

Responsibilities

• Direct all cafeteria operations, including food preparation and serving
