Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer service in food service departments including: Pizzeria, Espresso, Bakery, Deli, Market Meals, and Restaurant
- Prepares department product for sale
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendor community
- Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment
- Ensures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout food service and restaurant
- Assists in the training and development of employees
- Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff, and leadership
- Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
- Maintains departments in a neat, clean and orderly manner
- Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests
- Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
- Supports and follows all company/department/safety/security policies & sustainability programs
- Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principles
Requirements
- Shows enthusiasm for food and cooking and embraces learning food culture

- 18 years or older

Pay
- Entry Level Compensation: USD $18.40/Hr.
- Maximum Compensation: USD $26.85/Hr.
