About the role
Position: Food Services Assistant Tier 2 at Nashua High School North for the 2026‑2027 school year, working 5.75 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Aid in preparation and serving of food
- Handle money and count back change
- Assist with clean up in food service areas and equipment
- Maintain familiarity with sound safety and health practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cook, Site Coordinator or Director of Food Service
Qualifications
- Experience in food handling and cashiering desirable
- Physically capable of walking, bending, and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry, with assistance, objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work with a variety of food service and cleaning related products
Pay
Minimum starting salary $16.40 per hour; actual pay depends on experience and/or SNA Certification.

Work year: 2026‑2027 school year; 5.75 hours per day.
