The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is a magnificent and storied hotel nestled in the heart of Roanoke, Virginia. Built in 1882, the Tudor-style hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. With its grand architecture and captivating history, the hotel stands as a testament to timeless elegance.

Boasting a total of 329 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center offers a range of accommodation options to suit the needs of every guest. The hotel features exceptional facilities for both business and leisure travelers, including over 63,000 square feet of flexible event space, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, professional event planning services, and attentive staff to ensure every event is a success.

Responsibilities

• Support the service team in delivering memorable hospitality to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Keep serving stations filled, clear and clean tables, and ensure overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Engage with guests using a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Schedule

Part-time shifts typically from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (10:00 PM on weekends). Opportunity for additional cross-training.

Pay

Compensation range: $9.50 - $9.75 per hour.
