Food Service Assistant

Reports to: Food Service Manager • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt • Work Calendar: 183 Days • Standard Hours: Varies • CORP Status: Classified

Essential Functions

• Work in dish room and/or on the serving line
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean all areas
• Transferring of food from commercial food service equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred
• High school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively
• Requires long periods of standing and walking
• May require lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation required
