Food Service Aide/Dietary Aide Full Time

About the role

Join our team at Banner Rehab Hospital as a Food Service Aide, where you’ll prepare delicious food and support patients recovering from serious injury or illness. You’ll be involved in every step of the process—from food preparation to taking patient meal orders and assisting with cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services, and dish room services.
• Prepare and serve food to patients, families, staff, and visitors.
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation while maintaining high quality.
• Complete all scheduled procedures during the shift without compromising quality.
• Assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and perform duties in a secure manner.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare food service experience.

Pay

$17.50–$23.55 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, rotating schedule:

• 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or
• 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
