Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service within a luxury hotel, resort, or casino environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairings, and cocktail presentation.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Previous experience in guest-focused roles with high attention to detail and personalized service preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed knowledge of offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations for premium selections.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Required Work Cards needed: Valid Clark County Health Card, Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card).
