This role ensures that all food and beverage orders are taken accurately and served in a timely manner, adhering to company and department standards while creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service within a luxury hotel, resort, or casino environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairings, and cocktail presentation
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Previous experience in guest-focused roles with high attention to detail and personalized service preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card)

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed knowledge of offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations for premium selections
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle payment transactions accurately and securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Essential Job Functions
The physical demands described here reflect the essential functions of this position. Work is performed in a restaurant and casino environment and in other locations throughout the property. Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but increases to loud on the casino floor. Smoking is permitted in casino areas consistent with Nevada state regulations.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (five hours or more)
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 lbs

- May require basic math with the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS), and other instructions
