Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for Family Style Service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain tables attentively and respond to guest needs with urgency and care
- Inform guests of specials and confidently answer menu questions
- Verify food accuracy before serving and assist with seating when needed
- Cash Handling & POS: Accurately tender guest checks and minimize variances
- Operate MICROS terminals with precision and minimal voids
- Maintain your cash bank and complete end-of-shift reports
Qualifications
- Valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Health Card and AES Card required
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating schedules
- Physical dexterity to carry trays, deliver food, and assist guests
- Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering top-tier service
