About the role

At Harrah’s Laughlin, we deliver more than just meals—we create memorable moments. As a Banquet Server, you’ll be part of a team that embodies Caesars Family Style Service, where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence come together to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism at banquet functions
• Set up and break down banquet areas, including moving tables, stacking chairs, and rolling linens
• Carry large trays (minimum of six dinners) with confidence and care
• Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas throughout your shift
• Wash and return silverware and utensils, ensuring readiness for the next event
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Provide friendly, efficient service while working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Collaborate with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations

Work Environment

• High-energy, casino setting
• Exposure to secondhand smoke, bright lights, and loud noise
• Long periods of standing, bending, reaching, and walking
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• At least 1 year of banquet or food service experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
