About the Role

Seasonal positions are available at Snowshoe Mountain, starting at the end of November through December and continuing throughout the season. Employees may live in affordable on‑mountain housing that is available for rent.

The role offers a diverse dining experience, ranging from high‑volume slope‑side spots to upscale full‑service restaurants, and provides opportunities to explore the resort’s outdoor activities while working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the expo counter to customers, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Keep the work area clean and stock essential items.
• Complete all side work and collaborate with the team.
• Address complaints promptly and follow correct procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House staff.
