About the role

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is seeking a Food Runner for the upcoming winter season.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations by delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Assist in serving orders to members and guests
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
• Bus tables and assist with glassware upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and work station
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Three (3) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
• Must complete a pre-employment background check
• Seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana (worksite spans Gallatin and Madison counties)
