Food Runner Winter 2026-2027 H2B Visa In-Country Extension

Responsibilities

• Aid in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Know the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
• Deliver food and beverages in an efficient manner while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment
• Communicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff
• Assist in serving orders to Members and guests
• Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
• Answer questions pertaining to the restaurant menus
• Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and work station
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
• Perform bussing of tables and assist with glassware upkeep

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of food runner experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury resort, or private club setting
• Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
• Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
• Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
• Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, scheduling, and consistency standards.

Location

Seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.
