- Maintains knowledge of the menu
- Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order
- Polishes silverware
- Helps servers restock unused condiments, sugar caddies, and salt/pepper shakers
- Ensures all lost and found articles are turned into supervisor
- Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned: coffee cups, saucers, etc.
