About the Role
The Restaurant Food Runner ensures timely, accurate delivery of menu items from the kitchen to guests, helping to maintain smooth service and clear communication between front- and back-of-house teams. This role is key to providing an organized, polished dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery
- Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave
- Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items
- Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas
- Assist with running beverages as needed
- Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and navigate crowded spaces
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
