Food Runner/Server Assistant- Links an American Grill

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain dining room flow and presentation standards.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or accompaniments, and supporting guest needs as directed.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
• Deliver a refined and personalized experience aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to support smooth service operations.
• Follow all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate Graciousness, Thoughtfulness, and Sense of Personalized Service in all interactions.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance (special occasions, seating preferences, etc.).
• Maintain polished verbal communication and professional etiquette at all times.
• Ensure interactions are never transactional, but instead engaging and guest-focused.

Requirements

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and use hands and arms for service-related tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
