Food Runner/Server Assistant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid servers in clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs as directed.
• Support servers in delivering food and condiments as needed.
• Restock supplies to ensure readiness for service.
• Communicate effectively with team members for smooth service.
• Assist with floor setup and breakdown before and after service.
• Promote a safe and sanitary dining environment.
• Contribute positively to the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, though not required.
• Show strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification required upon hire.
