Food Runner/Server Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Food Runner / Busser to join our team and support our service staff in delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring the dining room operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support to servers, bartenders, and management team
• Deliver food and beverages to guests with accuracy, efficiency, and proper service etiquette
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Anticipate guest and team needs to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and overall restaurant cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and culinary teams
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry throughout the shift
• Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
