We are seeking a Food Runner / Busser to join our team and support our service staff in delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring the dining room operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional support to servers, bartenders, and management teamDeliver food and beverages to guests with accuracy, efficiency, and proper service etiquetteAssist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout serviceAnticipate guest and team needs to ensure a seamless dining experienceMaintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and service standardsAssist with opening and closing duties, side work, and overall restaurant cleanlinessCommunicate effectively with front-of-house and culinary teamsFollow all sanitation, safety, and service standards Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and growAbility to stand, walk, lift, and carry throughout the shiftPassion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences Why Join Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group?
