Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Guest Guru: Always address guests by name, observe and respond to requests, and ensure service is complete.
• Menu Master: Assist servers with presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions about food and beverage service.
• Presentation Pro: Prepare baskets with condiments and sides, confirm orders are accurate and presentable, and serve to guests with a smile.
• Operations Organizer: Monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen/café areas clean and orderly.
• Aid servers in keeping service areas tidy, collect and maintain baskets, and relay kitchen times to servers/management.
• Knowledge Keeper: Stay informed about the menu, drinks, specials, and unavailable items.
• Checklist Champion: Complete daily/weekly checklists and perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel/resort, or private club preferred.
• Certification in liquor, wine, and food service (including Alcohol Awareness) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods.
