Food Runner - Gilley's

Specific Job Functions

• Pick up order allowing for proper distribution.
• Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services.
• Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host.
• Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order.
• Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations.
• Pre-bus tables as guest’s finish their dish.
• Auxiliary in managing guest complaints and informing manager on duty.
• Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times.
• Polish Silverware.

Qualifications

• Previous Food-Runner Experience or Food and Beverage experience required.
• Excellent upbeat attitude with the ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication skills in English both verbally and written forms.
• All employees must wear black slip resistant shoes as part of their uniform.
